Mithila Ballal is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals and groups. She also is a Dance/Movement Therapist and has worked with people of all ages with mental health issues including autism, anxiety, depression and grief. She has been trained in Bharathanatyam since the age of 4 and has performed in India, USA and Canada. She is part of a creative artist residency at Theatre on King, working with interdisciplinary artists Leslie Menagh and Kate Story for Precarious3.
